Mary Wharmby
Head of Strategy
Mary Wharmby is a design leader, strategist and educator with almost 20 years experience successfully guiding teams in the creation of customer-facing products and services as well as employee-facing tools and systems for Wells Fargo, Charles Schwab, HP and many others.
Mary is the former Head of Design Transformation at BBVA where she architected and led a team dedicated to driving innovation by strategically infusing design across the entire organization.
Grace Ascuasiati
Head of Research
Grace Ascuasiati is a design strategist and facilitator with broad experience helping teams work with the user in mind, fostering culture change, activating creativity, and optimizing design and innovation processes.
Her background in research has been key in transformation initiatives understanding needs and challenges in order to generate processes, projects, that align company strategy and culture. She worked in the Design Transformation initiative at BBVA, and previously for companies like Huawei and Telefonica.
