Mary is the former Head of Design Transformation at BBVA where she architected and led a team dedicated to driving innovation by strategically infusing design across the entire organization.

He is also a lecturer and thesis tutor in post graduate design and innovation programs at the IED, BAU and ISDI as well as a Strategyzer AG coach.
